Sean and Wendy are truly the best. You absolutely need their expertise if you are buying near the lake. They knew all the towns, counties, and areas. Listened to what we were looking for and brought it all together. There is so much to consider that doesn't exist in the city and we would have never known. Wonderful experience all around and they didn't care that it took 5 years to final purchase (2nd home). Highly recommend!

Sean and Wendy were an absolute dream to work with. We met on a Tuesday afternoon to discuss our plans, including location and attribute preferences for our next home. That Friday afternoon, we toured 8 homes and had 1 at the top of our list. Wendy quickly analyzed comps in the area and within a hour, we submitted an offer that was accepted the next morning. The next few weeks before closing, Sean and Wendy checked in to ensure a smooth experience and that all of our questions were answered. They were there every step along the way, even offering to check on our new home after closing, while we were out of town. There are no realtors in the LKN area we would recommend higher, and we are so excited to move into our new home!

We met Sean through our Lender Scott and he was quite frankly amazing. From day one he was extremely organized, listened to exactly what we were looking for in a home(Big back yard for dogs,Pool,Fenced in,etc.) and narrowed down our search to 6 homes, we found our home on the first day of searching, Sean assisted us in doing a fast close(30 days) and every single inspection he was there for as well. He made closing seamless. Honestly as a first time buyer I can not express how truly easy he made everything!! I will recommend him to every single person I know house hunting.
