How the 48 hours work

Most of the work happens before you land.

Relocation buyers waste their one trip touring homes a local would have ruled out over coffee. We do the ruling-out first, so your weekend is spent choosing — not searching.

1 · Before you land

A call the week before your trip: budget, must-haves, and — most important — where you'll be driving every morning. We build a shortlist of ~10 homes, commute-test every one of them at rush hour, line up the showings back-to-back, and connect you with a local lender so your financing is offer-ready, not just "pre-qualified."

2 · Your 48 hours here

Two days, one route, no wasted showings. We tour the shortlist together, cut it to two or three by Saturday night, and go back for second looks Sunday morning. You'll see the towns between the houses — the grocery store, the school run, the drive to the office — because you're not buying a house, you're buying a Tuesday.

3 · Before you fly home

When a home is the one, the offer is drafted, the strategy is set, and your representation agreement and lender letter are already in place — so you can sign from the gate if it comes to that. If nothing earns an offer, you leave with a ranked shortlist and we run the follow-up tours on video so the trip keeps working after you've gone home.

Start with the commute, not the listings

Where you'll work decides where you'll look.

Lowe's HQ · Mooresville

Mooresville itself, Davidson, and the Sherrills Ford side of the lake — you can live on the water and still beat most of your coworkers to the office.

Uptown Charlotte · banking & finance

Huntersville, Cornelius, and Davidson along the I-77 express lanes. The classic trade: a lake life at the cost of a managed commute.

Healthcare · Novant & Atrium

Huntersville and Cornelius put the Lake Norman campuses minutes away, with Birkdale-area walkability if hospital shifts mean odd hours.

Remote · work from anywhere

Denver and Sherrills Ford — the west side of the lake, where the same dollar buys more water. If no office is pulling you east, this is where we start.

Can't fly in?

We tour. You watch. You decide from anywhere.

Half of relocation happens on a screen — one of you is here, one of you is closing out the old job. We run live video walkthroughs of every shortlisted home, shoot the honest details listing photos leave out, and drive the commute with the camera on. We've had relocation buyers go under contract without ever setting foot in North Carolina — the process is built to make that safe.
